Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready despite giving my check-in time in advance, which was disappointing after a long bus journey. The room itself was clean and acceptable, but the air conditioning unit was excessively loud and hyperactive. Being on the 3rd floor, my view was of nothing much.

I had a lovely 13-day stay at the hotel with Lorena and Saly at the front desk providing excellent service. Jose Luis, the bellman, was a nice and hopeful person. The rooms were cozy, featuring a small comfortable double bed and a lounge area until 11:00 pm. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Kennedy Park and surrounded by great restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly, always available, and eager to assist with booking taxis and accommodating early check-ins. The dining experience was satisfactory overall with a good breakfast buffet, despite occasional issues with the WiFi.
